With the ability to be hands on over the entire life cycle of a product line demonstrates our understanding of how our customers utilize our equipment with optimum machine performance.

We take pride in the fact that our machines maintain capability even after 20 years of heavy daily use. Customer service and preventative maintenance come together to provide excellent uptime characteristics after years of use.

Gehring’s highly trained and knowledgeable “Service Team” is available to provide emergency service, production maintenance planning, training and offsite support. Our “eService” system allows us to monitor machine performance.

The expansion of our R & D center offers the latest in honing technology and prototype services. Vertical and horizontal machines are available including Ream Honing, Laser Structuring, Precision Honing and the latest measuring equipment.
